Aura II

Year
2025
Materials
Birch, Linen
The birch armchair with its linen sling standing on a frost-covered wooden jetty, still water behind it.

Aura II is the version of Aura optimised for production. The joinery is simplified to reduce labour and improve strength, the overall width is reduced, and the turned wooden sticks are thicker for sturdiness. Both the padding and the textile are now removable, so the seating can be washed and maintained over time. The ergonomics, resolved in the first version, remain unchanged, as does the character of the piece.
